Recovery Accelerator Matrix

As it’s name suggests Nutrition X’s RAM is designed to accelerate recovery from gym and pitch training sessions.
Nutritionists and trainers have known for years that recovery and proper post workout nutrition are essential to maximize results from training sessions. During intense training sessions our bodies are put under great stress and can have a negative effect if correct recovery protocols are not followed.
Nutrition X’s research and development team have combated this by formulating RAM.
RAM works by combining some key recovery nutrients in their correct ratios to ensure maximum recovery from training sessions.

• Carbohydrate blend of  maltodextrin and dextrose for rapid gastric emptying and glycogen replenishment
• Protein blend of  whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate for rapid amino acid replenishment
• Amino acid blend of leucine and  glutamine  to reduce muscle stress and assist with muscle repair
• Electrolyte and anti-oxidant blend to ensure maximum rehydration and  to help reduce muscle stress

Available in: 2.25kgs or 750 grams in Orange or Strawberry.

Directions: Mix one serving (3 scoops) of RAM with 350ml – 450ml of water and shake well.

Usage: Take 1 serving (3 scoops) of RAM directly after training.
