Mass X is a scientifically formulated weight gain formula designed to help athletes gain lean muscle mass. Mass X contains over 550 calories and 35 grams of protein per serving making it ideal for those that need to add those extra few kilos of muscle.
Mass X is easy to mix and comes in three great tasting flavours, chocolate, strawberry or vanilla.
DIRECTIONS: Add 140 grams (2 scoops) of Mass X to 400ml to 500ml of water, milk or beverage of your choice. Shake well and consume.
