Elite Supplement Range:
Working with Europes’s leading Sports Nutritionists, we have developed our new Elite Sports Nutrition range, Nutrition X Elite. In conjunction with testing and trials on professional rugby union, rugby league, soccer teams and weight trainers, we have developed specific products that are designed to boost performance. No other supplement range has ever been developed with this type of athlete in mind. Every product in the Nutrition X Elite range has been specifically developed with scientific research and real world anecodotal evidence.

Pro X Elite Pure Whey powder with a high level (5000mg per 30 gram serving) of added glutamine for recovery from extreme sports. Research shows that the use of glutamine assists with the integrity of the gut lining allowing for improved absorption of nutrients. Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid for elite sports people.

Power Matrix Power Matrix is designed to increase strength and power whilst also ensuring high levels of endurance and stamina. Power matrix does this by combining Glutamine, creatine and beta alanine in a unique delivery system.

Beta Alanine when used with creatine and a creatine delivery system, increases intramuscular Carnosine concentrations and enhances the anaerobic energy system. By increasing the lactate threshold, Beta Alanine supplementation can result in a dramatic delay of fatigue and failure, and considerable improvements in muscular working capacity and performance.

Body Armour Sports Nutritionists and strength and conditioning coaches have known for many years that the stresses of modern day, high intensity sports, can put athletes in a catabolic state, which results in muscle breakdown and more frequent injuries. Body Armour is designed to protect athletes from the stresses of overtraining and the rigors of a long season.

By combining our unique blend of Arginine, Leucine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, HMB, Vitamin C and Calcium, we can maximize protein synthesis, improve blood flow , and support a healthy immune system. This process has been shown to help increase strength and rejuvenate muscle tissue.

Maximum Recovery Matrix (MRM) The most critical time for nutrition for athletes is directly after training. This 10 minute window of opportunity needs to be taken advantage of to ensure full recovery for your next training session. Athletes who are engaging in sports of 80-100 minutes need a very specific formula of nutrients to ensure maximum recovery.

The ideal 3 to 1 ratio of high glycaeminc carbohydrate and fast absorbing proteins from purified whey in MAXIMUM RECOVERY MATRIX has been scientifically proven to reduce recovery time after extreme effort and prevent catabolism.

During intensive exercise Glutamine becomes a provisionally essential amino acid for all body processes including immune protection and gut integrity. Leucine is the most effective BCAA for promoting anabolic metabolism.

ZMA Pudding Nutrition X’s ZMA Pudding is designed to help aid restful sleep, increase testosterone levels and improve immune function . Nutrition X have combined a unique calcium reduced caseinate with our ZMA formula to maximize absorption of these nutrients and provide a slow release quality protein source to stop muscle breakdown at night.

Hydra 10 The Unique osmolality of the glucose polymer combined with a scientifically researched blend of vitamins and minerals in Hydra 10 allows for optimal hydration before sports activities.

Nutrition X are proud to announce its new range of Waxy Maize Starch products, Muscle Meal, Carbo Loader and Power Loader.

Waxy Maize Starch is a high molecular weight carbohydrate that is derived from natural corn starch. Most complex carbohydrates remain in the stomach to be digested and broken down into shorter carbohydrate chains before entering the bloodstream. Due to its high molecular weight waxy maize starch passes through the stomach at over twice the speed of these other complex carbohydrates. Due to this quicker gastric emptying, waxy maize starch remains as a complex carbohydrate as it enters the small intestine for absorption. Waxy maize starch also has a very low osmolarity rate which allows it to enter the bloodstream quickly and effortlessly.

Waxy maize starch has a number of key benefits

• restores muscle glycogen up to 70% faster than dextrose

• rapid gastric emptying

• high molecular weight

• sugar free

• low gastric distress

WMS Muscle Meal provides you with quality whey proteins and complex carbohydrates, designed to maximise lean muscle tissue gains. Unlike other muscle gain formulas we do not include any sugars or low quality carbohydrates to our formula ensuring that every calorie consumed is of the highest quality.

WMS Carbo Loader is ideal for anybody involved in activities where extra stamina and energy is needed. Due to the fact waxy maize starch is a complex carbohydrate and it also has rapid gastric emptying, it can provide you with instant and sustained energy.

WMS Power Loader is designed to help athletes maximise power gains in their sport. We have combined

• waxy maize starch, to ensure maximum absorption of all nutrients

• citrulline malate to increase ATP energy and boost Nitric Oxide levels

• 3 forms of creatine to ensures maximum levels of ATP energy
